Growing up in NZ, I have always considered myself to be a foodie and was very proud to start my baking career at the age of 17. Later I would have the opportunity to develop my skills by working and learning in Europe. I have also had the pleasure of managing and supporting different bakeries here and abroad.
After a full 25 years of working in the Food Industry, I am very excited, along with my extraordinarily talented team, to serve the good people who live in Eastbourne or visit the area and our Bakery.
At Eastbourne Bakery, we are dedicated to serving the community by delivering freshly baked Sourdough Breads and Baked Goods that the customers will love. We strive to give exceptional service that makes each person feel that their purchase was baked just for them.
